We know that you had many choices when looking for your current home and we are glad that you selected a Maximum Realty property. Here you will find answers to common questions, make maintenance requests and can download several popular forms.

Q: When is rent due and/or late?
A: It is due on the first and late on the sixth of each month - the late fee is typically 5% of the monthly rent (see your lease for specific information).

Q: Where is your office and what are your hours?
A: Our office is at 217 E Grand Ave #4, Laramie, WY 82070. Phone is (307) 460-2019. email: jhasse@maximumre.com. Our hours are typically 9:00-5:00 M-F, but we are a small company so we are often out many times during the day showing or taking care of our properties. After hours or in an emergency you can contact Jeff at (307) 460-2019. There is a drop-slot in the front door for after-hours payments - be sure to clearly mark on the check/envelope the address of your home.

Q: What do I do when I am moving out and when can I expect my security deposit back?
A: Upon lease expiration, you should remove all personal belongings, thoroughly clean the home, steam clean all carpets, trim/mow the yard and return all keys to our office before 12:00 noon. Security deposits are returned within thirty days of move-out provided all conditions of your lease were met and a forwarding address was given.

Q: What do I do in an emergency?
A: If possible, please refer to your lease and/or the Resident's Guide for specific instructions or contact our office immediately. If you are unable to reach anybody - please act in a prudent fashion to deal with the problem.

Q: What do I do if I need maintenance done?
